California Pacific School of Theology is a higher-education Christian theological school in the United States non-accredited at this time, issuing religious degrees in West Hills, California. The school offers distance education. ==Accreditation== California Pacific School of Theology is a religious non-profit corporation, registered by the State of California, as recorded, December 9, 1998. As such it has degree granting authority under the California BPPE. In mid 2006, the institution was accredited with the Association of Christian Colleges and Theological Schools (ACCTS).〔("Administration" on California Pacific School of Theology website ), archived May 26, 2007〕 However, at one time ACCTS was not a recognized higher education accreditor by the state of Oregon.〔(Accreditation ), Oregon State Office of Degree Authorization website, accessed March 28, 2008 〕 Pacific International University notes on its webpage that approval by groups including ACCTS "do NOT constitute accreditation by the U.S. Office of Education."〔(Credentials and Recognition ), Pacific International University website, archived March 11, 2007〕 In 2005- mid 2006, the California Pacific School of Theology stated that "academic degrees are awarded by Pacific International University, in association with California Pacific School Of Theology, Glendale, CA, which is located in Australia and Missouri and officially chartered for degree giving purposes by the state of Missouri."〔 Pacific International University itself lacked educational accreditation, as of June 2006.
